The Custom Processing Plan

Here's how it works...
1. Schedule Early

Call us to reserve your harvest slot. For summer fair season (July–September), spots fill fast. It’s smart to schedule 6–8 months in advance if you can. Best practice, call when you first get the animal.

2. Give Instructions

Once your harvest date has arrived, we’ll walk you through cutting instructions. From steak thickness to roast sizes, then package quantity, our team makes sure your order fits your preferences.

3. Cut to Order

Your animal is processed exactly to your specs. No commingling. No guesswork. We believe the one who raised or bought it deserves to get their meat back.

4. Pick Up & Enjoy!

When your order is ready, it’s cut to your exact specifications, sharp frozen for lasting freshness, and packed with care—so you can fill your freezer and enjoy every meal with confidence.
